Stanford found that companies that outsource B2B operations have:

• Improved Customer Satisfaction: Survey respondents reported an average of 62% improvement in customer satisfaction, primarily through improved responsiveness to customer requests
• Average 245% ROI:  Companies surveyed averaged 245% ROI on their B2B outsourcing operations and of these respondents 15% said they achieved an ROI of 400%
• Competitive Differentiation:  Over half the companies surveyed felt B2B outsourcing gave them superior capabilities that differentiated their business from competitors in the marketplace 
• B2B Technology Improvements: Companies adopting B2B outsourcing reported an average of 75% improvement in B2B technical capabilities. This included improved B2B standards and protocol support, system availability, and global scale
